My Home Tasker is a reminder and organizational tool. We are not responsible for:

• Any damage to your home or property resulting from delayed or forgotten maintenance
• Any consequences of actions taken or not taken based on the App's reminders
• Loss of data due to device issues, user error, or other causes
You acknowledge that home maintenance requires professional judgment and that the App is merely a scheduling tool to help you remember tasks.
The App provides general task suggestions and reminders but does not provide professional advice. For specific home maintenance needs, always consult qualified professionals such as licensed contractors, plumbers, electricians, or other specialists.
The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by My Home Tasker and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the App Store Terms, the App Store Terms shall prevail.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App without prior notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
